About Us

We are a family business producing a range of craft kits which are available online and also at various outlets throughout the country. We also work with charitable organisations that help disabled people and some items in our kits are supplied by them.

Craft that inspires confidence and imagination is something we truly feel best describes Hulton Crafts!

My son in particular has helped with the artwork, some photography and also sections of handwritten text in the instructions. You will find these colourful instructions in the Craft Kit and Craft Activity Bag.

Learning a new craft is not only rewarding but is also a perfect way to feel relaxed and calm. It keeps both your hands and your mind busy. Crafts can be therapeutic for people with illnesses and can help keep the elderly active and in high spirits.

The sensory feel of making felt balls and felt paperweights can also be stress relieving.

Cookery Craft is also important to us and some recipes have been given which provide alternative ingredients for those following a special diet.

For anyone following a diet, which has to be free from gluten, dairy, sugar or eggs etc. you will find some alternatives to these ingredients in the recipe section. They are written alongside the original recipes kindly provided by Disability Action Yorkshire, which come from their delightful Recipe Cookbook!

We hope that Hulton Crafts will be a starting point for you to enjoy crafts.

Thank you for sharing an interest in our products!
